  I've logged a ticket with my DNS provider but they swear everything is setup correctly. I'm checking with my domain registrar.

  I'm having this issue again. I noticed I wasn't getting Chat Catcher comments.

  This looks like a DNS error. It should be cleared up in a couple of days. Your server probably has a reference to an old IP address (as does mine).
